LONDON, October 19. A despatch from Athens states that the Allies have informed Greece that they intend sending large reinforcements to the Balkans. ATHENS, October 19. Advices from Doeran states that a Bulgarian division was completely annihilated at Rila. It is rumoured that the Bulgarians Uayo evacuated Petvicli Melnik. The Greek general staff have arrived at Salonika. King Constantine is expected there shortly.
