ME BRYAN'S APPEAL TO THE PEOPLE.

Mr Bryan has issued an appeal to the American people, saying that the real issue is not between President Wilson and himself, but the systems of government.
He adds: "The force represents the old system that is passing and persuasion represents the neAv. "
As a humble follr.Aver of the Prince of Peace he urges the United States to lead the world out of the black night of Avar into the light of that day Avhen swords shall be beaten into ploughshares.
He issued a statement to-day appeal ing to Germany mid America.
