(Reed ii-5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, June 11. In the House Hon A- FisLer, in reply to a suggestion that he take steps as Leader of an enlightened democracy, to find out on what terms a general peace was possible,, said that he did not think that the time had arrived for intervention or the suggestion of anything of the sort to the British Government which w,as carrying on the war.
