» 'VULTURE OF GOLD' TO-NIGHT.
The McLean Picture Company are determined not to break the continuity of the excellent standard established by screening "Trilby" and have arranged for the exclusive rights of a film "The Vulture of Gold," which has created quite a sensation amongst the picture patrons in every centre of New Zealand. The fame of the Aquilla Company for producing- sensations in film is now well established and is prosecuted in a most decisive manner by the triumph which will be screened at tke Town Hall this evening. "The Vulture of Gold" is a drama which absorbs every particle of interest of the patron of pictures, and tells most vividly the life story of a woman miser. The dramia is full of thrilling" interest, and is chock full of thrilling- episodes. The sooof of film become s most tense as the olot is displayed, and will .hold an audience spell bound. The situations are abnormally interesting and the climax is such as will carry the feeling of the most interesting. Such a renowned film as "East Lynne" fades to insignificace when conjured with to-night's star picture, which is now proclaimed broadcast as £l;e favourite of the fair sex. An excellent supporting programme accompanies the "Star" turn for which McLean's orchestra have pr pared special selections.
