NO PRISONERS.
LONDON, December 29. The Daily_Express publishes General Joffre's army order dated December 17th : "We have proof that the lieutenant commanding the 7th company of 112 th Bavarian Infantry Regiment communicated to his men tHe following order by tTle General commanding the 58th Brigade of the 14th Bavarian 002-ps : 'Henceforth no prisoner s shall be made. All prisoners shall he put to death, and wounded without arms put to death. Prisoners, even if taken in large bodies, must be put to death. No living man must be left behind us.' General Joffre adds : "This order is being carried out, as interrogation of German prisoners prove s "Wiat numbers of French prisoners have been shot dead."
