RHEIMS AGAIN BOMBARDED

WOMEN AND CHILDREN KILLED.

, ' : (Red. 12.55 a.m.) PAlilS, Dec; 3i. Le Matin says that; the Germans again bombarded Rheims and many houses were 'destroyed. Children playing in the gardens were killed or wounded. ■•■ - Twenty-five, mostly women and children, were killed on. the 22nd.
