DETERMINED SUICIDE
MAN BLOWS HIS HEAD OFF. BY TELEGRAPH — PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION. THAMES, Dec. 30Daniel Doolan, aged 45 years, single, committed suicide at Batetonga, Hauraki Plains, by shooting himself a shot gun. He was sitting outside his whare when he placed the muzzle of the gun \ in his mouth and blew his head off. Deceased, who had. been drinking lived alone. A letter was found om the body ad r i dressed to deceased's mother, stating that he was depressed through sickness and asking for forgiveness.
