ENGLISH HOSPITALITY.
LONDON, December 28,
A British official estimate states that 1,000,000. Belgians have quitted Belgium. Half have gone to Holland, 100,000 to England, and the remainder to France. Arrangements are being made to reduce the pressure on Holland. Over 100,000 have been offered private hospitality in the United Kingdom.
