PIRE IN AN ARSENAL.
AUSTRIAN WARSHIP DAMAGED. ■ROME, Oct. 15. A message from Trieste says that a lire at Mont Falcone arsenal destroyed the scaffolding of the Austrian dread, nought which was ready for launching on Monday. The vessel crashed to the ground and six destroyers were damaged.
Many workmen have been arrested on suspicion of incendiarism.
