The man was ■ examining' soihe papers, and had opened his safe. A revolver was -lying- 'in the safe, and he. placed it on a table behind him. ■ While working over the papers his'i little daughter entered^ the. room without his hearing her. She 'picked up .the revolver^ ,^nd it went off, shooting Hepting' through, the back/ and kill-, ing him. _
