LATTER RESIGN IN A BODY. (Per Press Association ) IiNVERCARGILL, Aug.. 26. ■:.- The commit of the Inyercargill Middle School decided to-nig-ht to resfgn, in a body as a- protest against the refusal of the Education Board to supply information asked for. There was a dispute some time ago •between the headmaster and the first assistant of tihe school, and the Board appointed a commission of inquiry "before which the chairman* and members of the School Committee gaA'e evidence. . The Board now refused to supply the Committee with a copy of the Commission's finding. • The Committee claim that as representatives of the" householders they are entitled to information concerning the efficiency of the teaching staff.
