ROWDY FOOTBALLERS. OTAGO PLAYERS INCULPATED. INVERiCARGILL, Aug. 26. An enquiry was held by the Southland Rugby Union at the request of the Otago Union .concerning . the allegations that members of the Otagorepresentaive earn created a disturbance in Hhe Railway Hotel oa their visit to Irnvercargill on the Bth inst. Evidence was given to the effect that the responsibility for the disturbance rested on four Otago players.
