The men of the Japanese warships were extensively entertained. Every facility was placed at their disposal to make their visit .en jay able. .Speaking at a social gathering, one of the Japanese officers said that, notwithstanding anything- heard otherwise, Japanese feeling-s towards Australians was strong, deep and real. The men of the navy would never forget their wdcomc here. 4
