OVERCROWDED CARS
■ OTTAWA, Jan. 18. The coroner's jury decided that the death of a women, killed in the street by a. car, was an accOde-iK due to the overcrowding state of the car and the failure of the brakes to work. The authorities were urged to iregulate the overcrowding of the cars.
