SYDNEY, ,Dec. 15 Im the Legislative Council, the Gov ernmem representative announced that they would not proceed with the Stamp Duties Bill until the House meets , in February. The question as to the constitutional position of the tax on boat fares has been raised They wolld await the Crown Law Officer's opinion.
