Smart!, publisher of the newspaper rT -vrn]d, was fined two hundred and Davidson, editor, one hundred and three days imprisonment for alleged contempt by publishing articles in connection with the Peacock' case. Davidson's sentence was suspended on him entering- dn* o a 'bond of ten pounds and good behaviour.
