SUDDEN DEATH
CHRISTCHURCH, S2pt. 21. Lieut. -Gc3. (Hawkins, officer' commanding .the Canterbury district?, died suddenly o.n the Shirley Golf Links this afternoon from heart trouble. He was playing a game with a friend when ha fell and was found to be dead.
