A very quiet but pretty and popular marriage was solemnised yesterday morning- when Mr Adam "Wilson, accountant at the local ib ranch of the Bank df New Zealand, was united in holy wedlock to Myra, youngest daughter of the late Mr and Mrs J. The bride, whci wore a handsome creme duchess satin dress, beautifully brimmed with silk Fala lace, and embroidered with silver true lovers knot. A handsome embroidered veil and bouquet completed this charming toilet. The bridesmaids were Misses Ada and Dora Blackmdre (sisters of the bride), and Miss Snodgrass (cousin of the bridegroom). They wore smart cream costumes heavily braided with silk braid, and amethyst hats. Little Miss Dora Backmore (niece of the bride) acted as train (bearer, and was a pretty little dot in hejtotoops charmeuse.

Mr J. Stenhouse acted as best man and Mr Murray Cameron as groomsman.

After the wedding breakfast had been partaken pf and complimentary toasts proposed and honored, the bride and bridegroom departed by the Otira train en route to the North Island where the honeymoon will be spent.

The bride ? s travelling dress was a smart black and white costume with amethyst) hat.

The happy couple will carry with them best wishes of their numerous friends for a bright and happy future.
