BAIN IS CAUTIONED

Up till this stage Bain had been cautioned once or. twice for pacing his arm across Scott's throat < r }n the course of the struggle, but fie fiad stoutry disclaimed any inentdon to attempt anything in the nature oi a strangle hold. He had now to be eautidned for bring bis forearm Aown heavily on the back of Scott's neck.
