SYDNEY, AprH^6. The Norwegian Consul 1 , on behalf of his Government, in the presence of a representative gathering, presented Captain Holford, captain of the steam er Tofua, with! a silver coffee service in acknowledgment of his meritorious conduct in rescuing the crew of the barque' Errol from Middleton Reef. He expressed gratitude and admiration at) Captain Holford's action throughout the affair.
