NEW PLYMOUTH, April 26
Another outbreak of fire occurred this morning in the New Zealand Ext press Company's cart shed. The build ing and two expresses and one dray were destroyed. Tho loss is about £145. The New Zealand Insurance Company had £350 .on the carrying plant and £25 on the building. The adjoining premises- had a narrow escape, as a high wind was blowing: A commercial traveller's sample on one express awaiting ' delivery ■• this morning was also destroyed. ..-•■■■
