He leaves a famdy of nine, namely :— sons, G. W. Keeling, Pa' ! merston, A. W., H.'.A. and V,. N. Peeling, of Wellington, P. N. Keelh:;?, of Ma.stertcn, N. J. Keeling, of ■AaAlnnf',. and daughters: Mj-s C. C. Cox. of Masterton and Miss K. D. Keeiii;!;, o( Palmerston. He was through ;*l l the chairs- of h:e mother lodge heing the oldest member of St. Andrew Kilwinning, of New Plymouth, in, hicli he was initiated 30 yenrs ago. He whs also a member of the Foresters Orclar Court, Manawatn, in' which he has held I various offices in the lodges of ooth Societies at Palmerston. ' The funeral is to be held on Thursday.
