LONDON, April 25. -Several questions are. being) asked in .the House of Commons regarding the Japanoso tariff which the Diet is considering. It comes into operation in July 1911. Textiles, it is con-sideraL. will average two and a half to three fold -above the present rates. This is prohibitive to many Lancashire and Yorkshire articles. On "the subject, Messrs McKinnon's and wood in the House of Commons stated that the Board of Trade was consulting /the Gliambers of Commerce. .
