I-NVERCARGdLL, Feb 4 The Supreme Court was occupied this afternoon till 9.30 over a case of an ex-employe,e charged with collecting a cheque for .£5 6s due to the employer, without authority, and not accounting for it. It was a case of oath against oath as to authority, and as to accounting, and the jury disagreed.
