A BALLOON JOURNEY.
LONDON, Feb 3 Mrs Ashton HaTbord, accompanied by C. Pollock as a pilot, had an exciting balloon journey from London. She travelled at the rate of fifty miles an hour and descended in the Verdun Forest during the night. After many rapid ascents and descents it alighted safely, but overturned the car and ripped the balloon.
