LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.
WELLINGTON, July 26. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. Hon. J. Barr moved for a return showing the number of estates in New Zealand of the unimproved value of •between : and ,£30,000 and every additional £10,000 up to £200,000. The Hastings Recreation Reserves Bill was considered in committee and progress was reported. The Council adjourned. The Council resumed at 7.30. The Imprest Supply Bill was put through its stages without discussion. The Council adjourned.
