. TOWN OF PORT ARTHUR DESERTED. NOT A VESSEL AFLOAT. (Received 11 58 p.m.) LONDON. Dec 16. Admiral Yainata telegraphs that the Sevastopol's bow is down three feet, and adds later sunk much deeper. Foelkershain's fleet has sailed. The tow& of Port Arthur is almost de. serted, and many buildings arc burnt Shells search every part of tho city and harbor. Turrets, masts, and funnels of sunken warships are -visible. There are no vessels afloat.
