HOKITIKA RACES
♦_ ( Our Correspondent. ) Fine weather prevailed for the first day's races of the Hokitika Jockey Club's Autumn meeting. Fully 1200 people were present, amongst whom were a large number of visitors. The racing was interesting, and the offii ctals all worked hard to make the meeting a success. The sum of L 1605 was passed through the machine. Tbe following are the results : —
