All that parcel of land, containing by estimation 100 acres (more or less) situate at Paroa, commencing at a point approximately 2 chains north-east of the Paroa- railway bridge, running thence easterly a distance of about 13i chains, running thence southerly and easterly a distance of about 80 chains, thence southerly a distance of about 2 chains, thence north-westerly a distance of about 36 chains, thence westerly a distance of about 13 chains, thence northerly a distance of about 70 chains to the point of commencement as shown on plan herewith. It is proposed to work the claim applied for by means of dredging.
