Mails for Capetown close at Melbourne, Australasian, on 10th prox. A late fee posting box is now attached to the guard's van, Jackson and Hokitika train. Letters must bear the extra Id late fee. A similar box* will shortly be placed on the Reef ton train.
For Christchurch, Dunedin and Australian Colonies, per overland to Christchurch on Tuesday and Fridays at 9 a m.
