The Peace Conference Abortion.

London, April 24. • The Times' Vienna correspondent states that information from the various Continental capitals testifies to the growing apprehension that the Peace Conference will have untoward results and by a failure to effect a reduction in armaments .will do more harm than good. The utmost skill be needed to briug the deliberations to a peaceable conclusion.
