CONDITIONS. 1. All entries close with the Secretary at 9pm on Monday, 28' h March ; bandi* caps deolared on 4ih April, and acceptances, where neceasary, reoelved up to 9 p m on Thursday, 7th April, 1898. 2. All nominations must be accompanied by the necessary cash, age, address, and lan six performances. Entry forms for the cycling events may be obtained from the Secretary. 3. In all events cis competitors are necessary, or the event will be declared off. 4. The programme may bs altered or amended, and, Jn the event of bad weather the whole, or any of the events may be declared off, and ihe entrance feeß returned, or the sports postponed. The Committee's decision in all cases to be final. 5. The winner of any race, aftsr declaration of handicap may be penalised.
