The Ca«sel Company has notified that it will appeal to the Supreme Court against thia decls>> lon and an appeal will be lodged in the merniug. la these proceedings the C«ssel Company was represented by Sir Robert Stout, Mr Quick and Dr Flndlay. The objectors to the amendment were the Attorney General and Mr Geo Harper of Auckland, the former being represented by Mr Stafford and Mr Hall, and the latter by Mr Button, MHB, The question of costs stood over pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court granting loave to amend until after tht decision of the Supreme Court on appeal.
