WESLEYAN CONFERENCE.

(PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, March 9. At the Wtßleyan Conference the whole of the session wa9 devoted to home mission matters. The report of the committe** was read by Mr F. L. Prince. The Conference adopted the resolution with regard to the death of the Rev Alexander Keid, secretary of this fund. The balance sheet showed, a total income of L 2131 19 i 9d, and the total expenditure L 2660 0s 6d. The rest of the session was devoted to the estimated income for the next year. March 10. At the Wealeyan Conference to-day the Home mission matters were again under consideration The various emendations were made and the sheet was ralegated to the future consideration of the committee. The conference resolved that a week of self-denial be observed throughout the connexion, and the ex-president and the Rev William Baumber be associated with the president in drafting a ciroa'ar and fixing the dale, tbe resulcs to b 9 devoted to the Home mission fund, in order to meet tbe spiritual demands of the colony. The conference resolved that additional probations be procured from England.
