Night of General Entry, Wednesday, 11th Maroh, 1891. 2. All Nominationa and Acceptances must be made in writing addressed to the Secretary, and contain fall amount of entrance money (otherwise the nomination will not be received), description and age of horse ; with account of previous performances, and colors to be worn by the jockey. 3. All stakes paid lesa 5 per cent. The races will be run under tha Rules of Racing, 1889. 4. No entry will be received unleaa upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the Stewards shall in all cases be final, and all law proceedings barred. 5. All horses must be ridden in colors. 6. In the event of a person entering a protest, the sum of L 2 mast be lodged with the Secretary before Buch protest ia considered. 7. Acceptances on all handicaps made on the oourse will be received not later than 15 minutes after the declaration of the weighta has been made. 8.
