The above Company desire to notify to the public of Greymouth that the PRICE OF GAS for lighting purposes' has been REDUCED by allowing an extra discount of 2s per 1000 feet if paid on or before the 11th of each month, now making the net price 103. For heating and cooking purposes, 50 per cent allowed. Thia very considerable reduction will bring the use of gas within the reach of all classes of the community, and the Company hope to receive a large number of applications for gaa services during the month. We have always done our utmost to exbend sales unconditionally, and at price? no higher than usually paid for Newcastle coal. FOREIGN EXPORT.— We are quoting specially low rates for foreign export, f.o.b. at Greymouth, or for transhipment at Wellington or any other port in the colony ; despatch guaranteed.
