All Nominations and Acceptances rauat be made in writing addreaeed to the Secretary, and contain fall amount of entrance money (otherwise the nomination will not be received), description and age of horse ; with account of previous performances, and colors to be worn by the jockey. 3. All stakes paid less 5 per cent. The races will be run under the Rules of Racing, 1889. 4. No entry will be received unlesa upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the Stewards shall in all caaea be final, and all law proceedlDga barred. 5. All horaea muat be ridden In colors. 6. In the event of a person entering a protest, the sam of L 2 must be lodged with the Secretary before Buch protest is considered. 7. Acceptances on all handicaps made on the course will be received not later than 15 minutes after the declaration of the weights has been made. 8.
