AUSTRALIANS AT WIMBLEDON.
London, July 22. The contest for the Corporation Cap was won by Armstrong, a Canadian. The following prizes in the match were won by the Australians : .— Private Churchill, L 1 8; Fenn (A.8.), Sergeant Grimß, and Private Allen, L 8 each ; Captain Powell, Lieutenant Cork, Color-Sergeant Gee, Lieutenant Golding, each L 5. The day'B proceeding was terminated by an inspection of volunteers by the Duke of Cambridge, who warmly welcomed the Australian competitors.
