SERVIA AND BULGARIA.
January 15/ The joint delegates appointed by Bulgaria and Servia to arrange terms of peace between the two countries will meet at Bucharest at an early date. London, January 15. The Times this morning states that Greece and Servia have refused to comply with the note of the Powers calling upon them to reduce their armaments to a peace footing.
