Yielding to the counsel of Prince Alexander of Bulgaria Sir William White, British Ambassador here, the Porte has recalled the* two delegates recently despatched to Pttillipdpolis. It has also been decided ihat Pjevet. Pasha, who was appointed Governor of Roumelia, shall retiirn to Constantinople for the present. ; • (Received December 8, at 2.45 p.m.) CONSIDERING SERVIA'S PROPOSAL. Sofia, December 6. Alexander has promised to forward his final reply to the Servian proposals within 38 hours from the present time. THE GREAT POWERS INTERVENING. London, December 7. It is announced that the Great Powers have intervened between Servia and Bulgaria, and insist on the conclusion of an armistic the two countries.
