VOLUNTEER FRACAS.
' A fracas ensued after the drill of the Dargaville Volunteers between Captain Dargaville and Dri^lrispector Smith, who had been suspehdeTcr in his offic, but several of the Volunteers interfered and separated the combatants. There is considerable feeling in the corps over the matter. Captain Dargaville has stated that if the men wish him to resign he will do so.
