y. ':.. : '. '[united press association.] THE WAIRARAPA ENQUIRY. Dunedin, November 20. The decision in the matter of the b.s. Wairarapa mishap was given to-day. The Court found that the evidence showed a deficiency in the arrangements respecting patrolling or visiting the saloon deck through the night after the usual hour for extinguishing the lights. They were of opinion that some competent person should continually go round the deck during that period. Government is to pay the costs of the enquiry.
