At the inquest to-day on the body of John Menzies, an open verdict was returned of "Found drowned."
NO MAGISTERIAL INQUIRY. Wellington, November 20,
It has been decided not to hold a Magisterial enquiry into the collision between the steamers Waihi and Mohaka at Blenheim.
