SERVIA AND BULGARIA.

(Received November 19, at noon.) FIGHTING STILL PROCEEDING. Belgrade, November 19. Further reports respecting the engagement near Slivinitza state that 25,000 Servians and 15,000 Bulgarians were in action. Fighting of the severest nature was continued for eighteen • hours. The conflict was renewed yesterday, and was still proceeding when the despatches were forwarded. King Milan claims that his troops are slowly forcing Prince Alexander to retire npon Sofia.
