Land of ancient bloody tyrants Sneaking traitors, deep and sly ; ; " Land of thieving Hieland teevals, ' Kilted rogues and stolen kye. Land of bibles, kirks, and bastards, Saints and lasses awfu frail, Drunkards, shebeens, godly deacons, Parritch, thistles, brose and kail. . • .
