London, August 20. The regiment of Guards, which for some time past has been stationed at Limasol (Cyprus), has been ordered Home. (Received August 24, at 1 a.m.) RUSSIA COMING TO REASON. New York, August 22. The St. Petersburg correspondent of the New York Herald confirms the statement that Russia has waived her claims to the occupancy of Zulficar Pass.
