In conformity AA'ith the 37th section of " The Mines Act, 1877," and with the regulations made under that Act for the granting of leases for gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it is intended to grant a lease of CroAvn lands for gold-mining purposes to the applicant specified in the annexed Schedule unless there shall be valid objections againt such lease. Objections to the granting of such lease, stating the grounds of objection, must be made in Avriting, and lodged ■• with the Warden at Ahaura, on or before the 7th day of February, 1884.
