DOUBTFUL ELECTIONS.
Sydney, Januaiy 17. The Committee of Elections and Qualifications lias declared that the seats in the Legislative Assembly of the Hon. G. Reid, Minister for Public Instruction, and T. B. Sutter, ex-Minister, are vacant by reason of informality in regard to the proclamation of their election. The committee has still under consideration the validity of the election of the Hon. H. E. Cohen, Minister of Justice.
