DEATH OF CAPTIAN JENKINS.
The ship Hurunui spoke the ship Lady Jocelyn, for Wellington, on October 27, and learned that Captain Jenkins had died of apoplexy on the voyage. He was one of the oldest captains in the New Zealand trade, widely known and much respected.
