A BANQUET TO YOGEL AT CHRISTCHURCH.
Christchuroh, December 19. An influential meeting of citizens was held this morning to consider the reception of Sir Julius Vogel s who will probably be here on Friday next. It wa3 resolved to arrange for a banquet on a day next week to be fixed by Sir Julius. It was also decidel to invite Lady Yogel and permit other ladies to take part ia the proceedings.
